Set up your phone.

Choose the phone number service you need, pick or port the number, confirm the service address and pay for the phone setup. A wider BrainO business plan is separate and optional.

Checking your BrainO account…

1. Choose the Phone Agent number

Ordinary/PBX lines are $10/month including 10 talk minutes and 20 texts. After that: 10¢/minute and 10¢/text. A 1300 or 1800 number is $50/month and includes one ordinary BrainO line, with a $120 setup charge where BrainO is charged to establish it. The first invoice covers the first month and final month, plus any disclosed setup charge.

2. Business details (optional)

Business / trading nameABN

Only fill this section in if the phone belongs to a business. BrainO can verify an entered ABN against the Australian Business Register.

I confirm this is the current physical service address for the number(s).

This address is used for provider/IPND and emergency-location records where required. A number stays pending until the provider-side record is verified.

6. Need mobile data too?

BrainO’s current eSIM is data only. It can provide the data connection for BrainO Chat and the softphone while calls/texts run through the BrainO number. Current data options include 3GB $20/month, 10GB $39/month and 20GB $65/month. Full BrainO mobile SIM/eSIM number service is coming, but is not being promised as active yet.

7. Moving an existing PBX or business phone system?

Give Terry the shape of the current system so BrainO can mirror it or simplify it. Do not enter passwords, SIP secrets, transfer PINs or other carrier security credentials here.

9. Terms & account documents

I accept the current Terms & Conditions, acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and agree to the Mutual Confidentiality / NDA. These documents and the accepted versions stay available in the BrainO account.

10. Payment

Phone orders are paid by PayPal or PayID. After paying, tap “I have paid” so the office can verify the payment and continue provisioning. Payment confirmation never bypasses provider, number ownership or address verification.
