๐ก๏ธ Unknown-call screening
Unknown or withheld callers can be answered by the receptionist before they reach you. BrainO records the call decision as screened, message-only, blocked or trusted.
Keep the mobile number and carrier plan you already have. Divert incoming calls to BrainO. People you trust go straight to your BrainO app; unknown callers meet your receptionist first, explain who they are and why they are calling, and only then get through according to your rules.
Unknown or withheld callers can be answered by the receptionist before they reach you. BrainO records the call decision as screened, message-only, blocked or trusted.
Add family, friends, doctors, customers or anyone else you trust. Trusted callers bypass the receptionist and ring the BrainO app on your phone.
Choose numbers that should never interrupt you but are still allowed to leave a message. Messages stay with your BrainO phone history.
No number port is required. Your existing SIM stays where it is.
This is where trusted diverted calls ring. Keeping the trusted call inside the app avoids forwarding the call back to the same carrier number and creating a loop.
Use your carrier's call-forwarding settings. Telstra documents unconditional forwarding and codes such as **21*number*11#; Optus provides diversion controls in My Optus/device settings; Vodafone phone settings offer Always, Busy, Unanswered and Unreachable forwarding.
Add the people who should ring straight through. Numbers you deliberately call or text from BrainO can also become trusted contacts.
Unknown callers can be screened by the receptionist or sent directly to message bank. You can separately block specific numbers.
BrainOchat, the free BrainO account tools, Legal Lee access and the rest of the free account layer remain available. Customers who later want to port their number or move into a fuller business-phone setup can upgrade from the dashboard.
Carrier call-forwarding charges may apply depending on the customer's existing mobile plan.
