Legal Lee · Law Library

Learn the claim.
Check the law.
Keep the evidence.

We have brought the sovereignty, banking, commercial-law and business material into our Law Library as a research course. We separate source claims from verified law, show the jurisdiction, and link to the official rule before suggesting any practical step.

Education, not legal advice. Some imported material makes disputed legal, tax or financial claims. We keep those claims visible for study, but we do not present them as established law. Before relying on a process, check the current legislation, regulator guidance and—where the stakes are high—obtain qualified professional advice.

⚖️ Common Law & Rights

Contracts, notices, evidence, court process, legal identity, rights and responsibilities—with source claims separated from recognised doctrine.

🏦 Banking Law

Banker/customer relationships, credit contracts, bills of exchange, payment systems, hardship, complaints, lending and secured transactions.

🏢 Business Law

Business structures, companies, trusts, contracts, asset planning, PPSA/PPSR, governance and record keeping.

How we use this material

Each topic is treated as a research question. We keep the original proposition, identify the jurisdiction, find the controlling legislation or official guidance, look for cases where needed, then build a practical checklist. Unsupported propositions stay labelled as claims—not instructions.

“Strawman” / secret Treasury account

Disputed / not established law

The imported material discusses a separate legal-person or Treasury-account theory. We do not treat that as an established mechanism for avoiding liabilities or accessing hidden funds. In US tax guidance, the IRS expressly rejects the theory and 1099-OID redemption use.

UCC-1 / financing statements

Jurisdiction-specific

UCC filings are US secured-transactions instruments. In Australia, the comparable statutory framework is the PPSA/PPSR. A registration must correspond to a real security interest and must correctly identify the collateral and grantor.

“Status correction” / opting out of law

No general opt-out

People can correct inaccurate records, challenge jurisdiction or authority where the law allows, change business/legal arrangements and assert rights. We have not found a general administrative process by which a person can declare themselves outside otherwise applicable Australian law.

Bills of exchange

Real legislation

Bills, cheques and promissory notes are recognised legal instruments. The existence of the legislation does not by itself mean any document labelled a bill automatically discharges an unrelated debt. The instrument and transaction must satisfy the governing law.

Trusts and asset protection

Real structure; claims vary

Trusts are genuine legal arrangements, but their effect depends on the deed, trustee duties, tax law, insolvency law and the particular transaction. A label such as “common law irrevocable trust” does not automatically make assets untouchable or tax exempt.

Imported resources

The full external video collection has been added to the Law Library video catalogue and is filtered to the Law Library placement. Video titles and opinions belong to their respective creators; inclusion is for research and does not mean Legal Lee endorses a claim.

The source collection also points to papers, books and other external resources. We only surface material as a legal authority where its provenance and legal status can be checked.
