Deleting your data

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account to BrainO, here’s how to remove everything we hold from it. We never store your Facebook password — only a revocable connection token.

The fastest way — disconnect

1. Sign in and open Connect Accounts.
2. Find the Facebook or Instagram tile and click Disconnect.
3. That immediately deletes the stored token and connection from BrainO.

Remove it from Facebook’s side too

1. On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find Brainoaid, select it and click Remove.

Prefer we do it for you?

Email support@oimailman.com from your account address with “Delete my connected-account data” and we’ll erase it and confirm. When Facebook sends us a deletion request on your behalf, we remove your stored connection automatically and record a confirmation code.
