The rights every person has — no fine print, no catch. This is what most people never get told.
- To be equal. No one above you, no one below you.
- To your freedom. To live, move, speak and believe as you choose, while you harm no one.
- To be safe. In your person, your home and your family.
- To a fair hearing. To be heard before you're judged — by someone who has no stake in it.
- To own what's yours. And not have it taken without good and lawful cause.
- To say no. To refuse what you never agreed to.
- To the truth. Plain answers — not tricks, not fine print.
- To the fruit of your work. To earn, and to keep what you've earned.
- To your privacy. Your business is your own.
- To stand together. To gather, speak up and help one another, in peace.

Our Mission
Our Mission as servants of the People — Man and Woman, for one another — is to defend and act as sworn agents of the Common Law and its Courts, to enforce the law impartially and fairly, to protect the innocent, and all victims of crime and oppression, and to partner and work actively with the people to defend their peace and liberties, and uphold the Rule of Law: All Are Equal Before The Law, for the people — Man and Woman, working together.
The Oath of Our Office
Our duty as a Common Law Peace Officer is to defend and serve the people — Man and Woman, working together for one another — by safeguarding the well-being and peace of the community. When we enforce the law, it shall be in order to maintain the sovereign liberties of all men and women, and sons and daughters, and their inherent and unalienable right to freedom, life, respect, equality, and justice.
We resolve to lead our personal lives with the utmost honesty and integrity, so that our words and deeds are in harmony with this Oath. We will practice restraint, understanding, and courage in every situation, always mindful of the needs and rights of others, and of our solemn Oath as an Officer sworn to the people, Man and Woman alike.
In our duties, we will strictly adhere to the orders of legitimate authorities when those orders are not in opposition to our conscience, the Common Law, and the Rule of Law: All Are Equal Before the Law. We will relentlessly and unconditionally pursue criminals and stop crimes against individuals and our nation, and will defend to the best of our ability the laws and courts of our Common Law.
We will act in strict confidence, betray no lawful trust, and will enforce the law without malice, prejudice, or special favor, never employing unnecessary force or violence, and never accepting bribes or influences.
We hereby pledge ourselves, freely of our own accord, to this Personal Code and our Oath, recognizing our office as a sacred public duty and trust, as one accountable to the People and to the authority and jurisdiction of the Common Law laws and Rule of Law: All Are Equal Before The Law.
